Key requirements
Honours degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) 8 years' experience as an HR Generalist 5 years' organisational development experience within an insurance or financial services environment Financial services, banking or insurance sector experience Minimum 3 years team management experience Exposure to the development and implementation of Organisational Effectiveness interventions
